Post-operative symptoms: Why do I get new nasal polyps after surgery?

Prof. Claus Bachert explains that after the surgery there is always a healing phase in which any patient will have symptoms that may be different symptomatology than before the surgery however, should disappear after two or three months. It always depends on what sinusitis the patient suffers from, as there are different kinds of sinusitis.
