How to make the most of your inhaler?

Do you use your inhaler correctly?

Studies have shown that around 80% of patients are using their inhaler technique incorrectly. The correct technique ensures that the medicine goes right into your lungs and helps you better manage your asthma. An incorrect inhaler technique could actually be bad for your asthma. In case patients fail to use properly their inhalers, it is estimated that about 40% of the medicine reaches their lungs.
